Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was excellent, right in front of a subway station and close to the best area in Sao Paulo. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were filled with a strong paint smell from the renovation. The service was very friendly and attentive, not just for tipping purposes. However, the breakfast area lacked personal space respect. The dining options were limited, but the hotel offered Brazilian traditional food. The overall value for money was not ideal due to high rates for poorly maintained rooms.
The hotel's rooms had visible mold issues and were in need of updating, contrasting with the impressive and modern reception area. The service was friendly, and they promptly accommodated us in a renovated room due to travel with our one-year-old daughter. The hotel's central location near Paulista Avenue made it convenient for business meetings and exploring the city's dining and cultural options. The dining experience offered a good variety of healthy and vegetarian options, but some items like coffee were subpar. The facilities perfectly suited our needs during the stay.
The hotel offers rooms with North America plugs but is let down by shabby maintenance and high rates that don't match the quality. My request for a birthday decoration for my girlfriend was fulfilled, which was a nice surprise.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport and various restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area. The rooms vary in size and noise levels, with some offering great views while others may be small and noisy. The service also varies, from accommodating to somewhat unwelcoming. Dining options can be good with a nice selection, but limited for vegans. Overall, the hotel provides a convenient stay with some room for improvement in certain aspects.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and noise. The room was comfortable with multiple pillow choices for comfort, but facing the Paulista boulevard meant a lot of noise at night. The price seemed a bit high for what was offered, especially considering the noise issue due to inadequate soundproofing.
